Bat Out of Hell roars into Liverpool for Christmas 2020

Bat Out of Hell is set to wow festive audiences in Liverpool next Christmas.

The award-winning musical packed with Meat Loaf’s greatest hits will take the place of the Liverpool Empire’s annual panto.

Bat Out of Hell the Musical will come to the Lime Street theatre from December 8 2020 to January 2 2021.

Tickets go on sale to ATG theatre card members from tomorrow and on general sale next Monday, December 9.

Bat Out of Hell – The Musical impressed critics and public alike when it played limited seasons at Manchester Opera House, London Coliseum and London’s Dominion Theatre from 2017-19. The musical also ran successfully in Canada, Germany and at New York’s City Centre last summer.

With book, lyrics and music by the award-winning Jim Steinman, Bat Out of Hell tells an epic story of rebellious youth and passion as Strat, the immortal leader of The Lost, has fallen in love with Raven, the beautiful daughter of the tyrannical ruler Falco.

It features tracks including You Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth, Bat Out Of Hell, I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That) and Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad, as well as two previously unreleased songs, What Part of My Body Hurts the Most and Not Allowed to Love.

Bat Out of Hell the Musical comes to the Liverpool Empire from December 8 2020 to January 2 2021. Tickets HERE
