Winter Arts Market returns to Liverpool Cathedral

The Winter Arts Market returns to Liverpool Cathedral tomorrow.

Dozens of artisans, craftsmen and women and designers will bring their unique products to the event on December 3-4.

Organisers Open Culture are promising more than 60 stalls on each of the two days, with more than 120 individual sellers taking part over the Friday and Saturday.

They will be selling goods including artwork, clothing, jewellery, photography, textiles, decorations, woodwork, ceramics, candles, leather goods, handmade beauty products and food.

Entrance is by £5 timed ticket per day, booked in advance. A very limited number of walk-up tickets will be available each day and the event will be socially distanced.

Open Culture director Charlotte Corrie said: “Since our first Winter Arts Market all the way back in 2009, we’ve always been committed to supporting the local creative economy and the Winter Arts Market is now one of the most popular in the region.

“To ensure everyone’s safety we’re still not back up to our full capacity of stalls, but we’re still likely to be the biggest with over 120 different local and regional artists, designers and makers over the two days.

“People wanting to buy unique gifts just in time for Christmas, plus know where that product was made, its back story, and its environmental credentials, this shopping experience is perfect for that.”

The Winter Arts Market is at Liverpool Cathedral on December 3-4, from 10am to 5pm daily. Tickets from the website HERE
