Curious Incident returns to Liverpool Empire in 2021

The National Theatre’s acclaimed stage version of Mark Haddon’s The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is on its way back to Liverpool.

The ingeniously-staged multi award-winning production, adapted by playwright Simon Stephens, will be at the Liverpool Empire for a week next January.

Tickets go on pre-sale on Monday and general sale on March 19.

Fifteen-year-old Christopher has an extraordinary brain – he's exceptional at maths, while ill-equipped to interpret everyday life. He has never ventured alone beyond the end of his road, he detests being touched and he distrusts strangers.

When he falls under suspicion for killing his neighbour’s dog Wellington, it takes him on a journey that upturns his world.

The production is directed by Marianne Elliott and staged on Bunny Christie’s striking Olivier and Tony Award scooping set.

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is at Liverpool Empire from January 26-30 2021. Tickets HERE
