Liverpool date for Jason Manford's Like Me tour

Jason Manford is returning to the stand-up stage with a massive new 99-date UK tour which comes to the M&S Bank Arena next autumn.

The Salford-born comedian and actor – and recent star of TV hit The Masked Singer – will appear at the waterfront venue on October 6 2021.

Ahead of that he has also announced two dates at Warrington’s Parr Hall on March 17-18 next year, and Chester Storyhouse from July 21-22.

Tickets for the Like Me tour go on general sale this Friday at 10am.

It’s been a busy time for the 38-year-old who, along with starring as the mysterious Hedgehog in the ITV ratings winner, has also been singing and dancing on stage as Frank Cioffi in Kander and Ebb’s Curtains which recently came to the Liverpool Empire as part of a UK tour.

He also has a weekend show on Absolute Radio and his TV appearances include the series Scarborough. Theatre work includes Sweeney Todd, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and The Producers.

Manford said today: “After the fun we had on my last tour Muddle Class, I’m excited to get back on the road with my new stand-up show Like Me.

“In these trying times, it’s always important to be able to get away for a couple of hours and exercise the old chuckle muscle.”
