Liverpool Art Fair returns in new location for 2019

Liverpool Art Fair returns for 2019 – and at a new location.

The annual event, which gives people the chance to see and buy amazing pieces by contemporary artists, will be staged in the Metquarter.

Its new home follows two years on the city’s waterfront. Previous locations also include Camp and Furnace and The Gallery Liverpool.

This year’s fair takes place between June 14 and September 1, and entry is free. Organisers are now calling on artists for submissions.

The event, now in its eighth year, is open to artists who are based within a 35-mile radius of Liverpool.

It aims to showcase a wide range of affordable original art by a plethora of local artists; providing a unique insight into the region’s creative talent and the opportunity for everyone, from seasoned collector to first time art buyer, to own their own piece of the Liverpool art world.
