Liverpool Pride Indoor Quarter Festival coming to city venues

Liverpool Pride weekend will be celebrated this month with a giant indoor festival held at more than a dozen city centre venues.

The annual Pride has been postponed for a second year because of the ongoing Covid pandemic.

But organisers LCR Pride Foundation have now teamed up with city venues to announce a special Pride Indoor Quarter Festival on Saturday, July 31.

Locations are Dorothy’s Showbar, Heaven, OMG and On Point in Victoria Street; Superstar Boudoir, The Lisbon, Navy Bar, Navy Bar Social and ICON in Stanley Street; Masquerade and Poste House in Cumberland Street; Tithebarn Street’s Kitty’s and GBar in Eberle Street.

Opening times vary and tickets for the GBar all nighter, running from 5pm to 7am, should be bought via Skiddle.

From the scene’s best known Drag Queens and hosts to resident DJs and special guest performers, the line-up is packed with round-the-clock entertainment across all 13 locations.

While Covid restrictions have been lifted, anyone thinking of attending the festival is advised to take a lateral flow test beforehand.
