Threshold Festival postponed due to Coronavirus

March 16, 2020

Liverpool’s Threshold Festival has been postponed because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

The two-day event was due to be staged in the Baltic Triangle on April 3-4.

But today festival organisers announced “with a heavy heart” that they had taken the difficult decision to postpone it to a yet-undecided future date.

In a statement they said: “Our main driving factor behind this decision is social responsibility and the health and safety of the wider community is our number one priority.

We’”re looking at future dates and will get these confirmed and out there as soon as we can. All tickets purchased for this event will be valid for the rescheduled event.”

Organisers had revealed a packed line-up for the 10th annual festival – which was to be the final year it was run.

Dozens of artists and musicians signed up to appear included Delilah, Science of the Lamps, Ooberfuse, Nick Ellis, Chinchilla, The Lutras, Empathy Test, Robyn Woolston, Ben Youdan, Wendy Williams, Max Mallender, Nana Funk, The Soul Rays and Blue Saint.
